Unraveled is a watercolor painting, an abstracted drawing with various scenes woven together. It was juried into the NAWA and NAWA-FL exhibition “Daydreaming” presented at the Coral Springs Museum of Art, Coral Springs, FL, September 22 – November 17, 2018.
Looking Closely is a graphite drawing that started with a photo reference (my own) and ended with many imagined areas, shapes, and woven vines. This drawing is created on Rives BFK print paper, 22″ x 30″. Looking Closely was shown at the Norton Art Gallery, Shreveport, Louisiana. It will be shown at the National Association of Women Artist’s 129th Annual Members’ Exhibition, October 6 – 18, 2018, South Gallery, New York.
