Linda Kay Thomas Snider Ward
“Each tool that I use to create art becomes an instrument of exploration into a new adventure. With ink pen or brush in hand, I push toward awakening something in myself, something that will help the viewer see “how” I perceive this world. Animals, especially horses, are often my subject matter, but it is not their physical being that I want to depict. It is their spirit, their sense of being, and finally, their connection to us.”
Linda Thomas Snider Ward is a Louisiana artist. She holds a Master of Fine Arts (drawing and painting) from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Art (English/creative writing) from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
